Responsible for examining, diagnosing, treating, and managing vision-related diseases and disorders. Includes prescribing medications, contact lenses, performing eye exams, and collaborating with ophthalmologists for surgical cases and referrals.

Responsible for handling high-volume and complex patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and ensuring excellent customer service through phone interactions in a healthcare setting.
